In a truly disappointing development yesterday afternoon a motion to protect the role and mandate of Radio Canada International within the Broadcasting Act was defeated by Senators at the Senate Committee on Transport and Communications. We will have to regroup, and figure out our next step.

On November 1, 2022, this was our appeal to the Senators of the Senate Committee on Transport and Communications to protect the role and mandate of Radio Canada International.
